Family Dynamics is a life coaching and educational service from Valerie Houghton designed to help you clarify your unique vision, achieve your goals, and build your best life.

No, the services offered through Family Dynamics are not therapy. We do not provide clinical diagnoses or clinical treatment. In the event that a client needs these services, they will be referred to unaffiliated professionals. 

No, the services offered are not therapeutic or medical, and therefore do not qualify for insurance. 

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to the appointment to avoid late fees.

Our one-on-one consultations are for existing and past clients only, and for good reason. Tough spots in life develop over time, and they take time to work through. It would be a disservice to you to instill false hope that a single 60 minute appointment will change your life. Trust in the process.
